  • Chef Charles Hechinger

    • Chef Charles Hechinger is a native San Franciscan who has worked and traveled extensively in Europe and Africa but is thrilled to call San Francisco home again. He previously was employed as Executive Chef at world class hotel and resort properties including the Claremont Resort and Spa in Berkeley, The Lodge at Vail, The Rancho Bernardo Inn in San Diego and The Pan Pacific Hotel in San Francisco. Charles was formally trained at 3-star Michelin rated restaurants in France. He was initially introduced to fine dining while working with his father who is an award-winning chef and restaurateur, at La Chaumiere restaurant in San Anselmo. His style of food is fresh produce driven, and makes every attempt to source all products locally, drawing from the wealth of resources in the Bay Area. He is tasked to update and refresh offerings while being sensitive to keeping the Membership’s favorite go-to items.

  • Club Attire
    • Business casual is required in the common and dining areas of the 3rd and 4th floor. Designer jeans, without holes, are permitted. Casual dress is acceptable only in the lobby and athletic facility. T-shirts, shorts, hats, and athletic wear are not permitted in the dining rooms.
