Club Policies

In order to ensure a pleasing environment for all we ask that you kindly adhere to the following practices:


  • Club attire: Business casual is required in the common and dining areas of the 3rd and 4th floor. Designer jeans, without holes, are permitted. Casual dress is acceptable only in the lobby and athletic facility.
  • Electronics Usage: Mobile devices are restricted to nonverbal or silent activity. Phone conversations are acceptable in the Lobby or 3rd & 4th floor phone booths.
  • Smoking: is allowed only on the 3rd & 4th floor balconies with the doors closed. Strictly prohibited indoors, infractions subject to a $200 fee.
  • Cancellations policy: For Club events we require cancellations to be made 72 hours prior to the event. Any cancellations after this time will result in a charge of the full event price. For guest rooms we require cancellations to be made 72 hours in advance of the check in time of 4:00 p.m. to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
  • Events Guest Policy: Members are welcome to bring guests to many of our events. Certain events will have specific guest restrictions, so please inquire per event should you wish to have a guest accompany you.
